Our Management
Our agency was born out of David’s own experience working with major brands. He often encountered a complex mix of different agencies working on the same project, with limited in-house knowledge and fragmented responsibility. TC was founded with the ambition to change that model by offering companies a full-service approach and deep expertise to solve any event-related challenge under one roof.
As Frank and David were already hosting club events together in Amsterdam, a partnership within TC was a natural next step. Frank brought his background from the festival and nightlife world, while Lars joined with a business administration background. Together, they formed a balanced and complementary management team, combining creative vision, production expertise and operational leadership as the foundation of TC.

David is responsible for the creative and strategic direction of every event. Together with the team of designers and technical specialists, he develops each concept into a fully realised experience that is both visually strong and technically working.

Frank Sperber

Frank is responsible for leading all of our project managers. He ensures that every event is produced to the highest standard, overseeing execution, quality control and on-site operations from start to finish.

Lars is responsible for financial oversight and relationship management. By balancing financial control with strategic collaboration, he helps create a stable foundation for delivering high-quality projects.
